Digitization of print heritage Older Estonian periodicals The subject of this procurement procedure is the ordering of the digitization service of Estonian journalistic heritage in accordance with the conditions stated in the procurement documents (including Appendix 1). The start date of the procurement contract entered in the public procurement register is tentative and not legally binding. The procurement contract enters into force upon conclusion, and the term of performance of the procurement contract is no later than 16 (sixteen) months from the conclusion of the procurement contract. Digitization of prints must be completed within 15 (fifteen) months at the latest of the conclusion of the procurement contract.
