Tender Details

The Ostend Police Zone wishes to appoint a contractor who will be responsible for the implementation of a digital archiving system for the management of personnel files. Currently, all personnel files are managed exclusively in paper form. The contractor is expected to initially digitize all existing files by means of scanning and then integrate them into the digital archiving system proposed by him. This assignment is split into two sub-assignments, namely: bPart-assignment 1: Scanning the physical personnel files-b Within the integrated police, it is mandatory to keep a file for each staff member with documents relating to their career. Currently this is kept in a physical file per person. In the context of digitalization, transparency and corporate social responsibility, the client board wishes to digitize these personnel files. Existing files must be scanned for this. All scanning and preparatory works take place at the location of the commissioning board b. The supplier provides the necessary personnel and materials for this purpose and works under the supervision of the client board.
