Digitization of paper-based archives The competition concerns the mapping, organization and media conversion of paper-based archives. The acquisition's value is estimated at: Above the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. The client has a desire to use as much as possible of the allocated funds in this year's budget to carry out this mission. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. regulation §7-9, fifth paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these the elements will not be sufficiently connected to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. APPRENTICE: The duty to make requirements for an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. Procurement Act §7.
