Digitization of mobile asset management (2) The subject of public procurement is the Fleet Management System (FMS), which includes: A) FMS solution implementation project: -Web application for the implementation of all management and operational management processes fleet. -Mobile application for electronic mobile travel order. -Establishment of integration points with other client's back-end systems involved in fleet processes. -Establishment of a telematics system on all assets or work vehicles (150 vehicles) of the fleet, B) Licenses and FMS solution fee for 5 years, C) Rental of the vehicle telematics system for 5 years, D) Maintenance of the FMS solution for 5 years, E) Optional additional hours for additional services, in accordance with the client's needs and requirements from documentation related to the award of a public contract, tender estimate and technical documentation.
