The purpose of the framework agreements are the purpose of the provision of digitization services for archive and heritage documents preserved in the archives, libraries and museums of the Departments of Hauts-de-Seine and Yvelines.
This consultation has passed in groups with the department of Yvelines, in accordance with the provisions of article L.2113-7 of the public procurement code. The Hauts-de-Seine department is the coordinator of this order group.
It is broken down into 3 lots distributed as follows:
- Lot n 1: digitization of old books, periodic publications and literary manuscripts;
- Lot n 2: digitization of historical archive documents (including microforms)
- Lot n 3: digitization of iconographic and photographic documents with artistic value
Lot n 1 - Digitization of old books, periodic publications and literary manuscripts
THE Lot 1 is the purpose of the realization of digitization services relating to ancient books, periodic publications and literary manuscripts. The perimeter of this lot covers handwritten or printed, old, rare or precious and generally digitized works that have not been digitized by another heritage institution and which are not already available online, on Gallica for example
