Tender Details

The purpose of the commissioned work is to digitize files providing evidence of changes to entries in the land and building register for the period from mid-2024 to the current changes, which includes 87 registration districts within 9 registration units in the Miedzyrzecki poviat, created by surveying services keeping records of land and buildings included in the resource. District Center for Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation in Midzyrzecz, together with uploading the created electronic documents to the starosta's ICT system, based on software from Geobid Sp. z o. o., i.e. the EWOPIS program. It is estimated that the documents that the Contractor will convert into digital form by scanning as part of the order amount to approximately 62, 000 pages in standard A4 and A3 formats. A3 formats constitute a small number of documents, they may include annexes on the division decision, maps with the real estate division project. It is possible to produce documents in non-standard formats, larger than A4 and A3 (in partial quantities), which will also constitute map documentation, constituting an annex to the division decision.
