The I. Municipality of Villa Alemana, within the framework of the issuance of digital driving licenses and the minimum recommendations to guarantee the Correct operation of the licensing system (SGL), available through the web platform sgl.mtt.gob.cl, it is required to digitize to thus access the background contained in the driving licenses files of the Transit Directorate of the municipality of Villa Alemana, in an expedited and orderly manner. For this, it is necessary to digitize the documents of each driver folder and dispose of recoverable digital folders and with this, fulfilling the objective of the State Digital Transformation Law. The Transit Directorate has a file of driving licenses that are estimated at 4 million images, of which every day and permanently they are requiring all the directions of all the directions of Transit of the country, in addition to the own requirements, the digitalization of certain driver's licenses, without knowing which specific file will be required in future days. To do this, this first period is required to digitize 400, 000 images, which They must be performed within 150 days. For the above, a programming that allows the digitalization of 80, 000 monthly images must be considered.
