Description : Invitation to Bid
1. The Barangay Colon, City of Naga, Cebu, intends to apply the sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of the following projects;
*Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Colon, City of Naga, Cebu through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested Phil GEPS registered contractors, and bidders to submit proposals and bids for the project.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidders is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders
