1. The subject of the order is "Digital transformation of SPZZOZ in Staszów" under program no. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0025/25 entitled " Increasing the efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system through the digital transformation of SPZZOZ in Staszów" co-financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan - Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system", i.e.: a)Package number 1 b)Package number 2 c)Package number 3 2. The description of the offered product should not raise any doubts for the Ordering Party. The description should indicate that the offered subject of the order is with the same parameters as required by the Ordering Party or better, by precisely specifying the parameters of the offered equipment. 3.
