The object of this project is the overall digital transformation of the GGI's citizenship case examination procedures, through the upgrade of the existing information system for the management of Citizenship cases, with the aim of fully serving the needs and improving the user experience of citizens, the staff of the GGI as well as all collaborating entities in the context of the collection and control of the necessary documents and information. The main axes of the upgrade of the existing Citizenship information system are the modernization of the Citizenship Case Management system, the implementation of a Digital Applicant Box system, which will be assisted by the Third Party Service Access subsystems, the Applicant Inquiries Management subsystem, the User Management subsystem and the Business Intelligence subsystem.
