The objective of this assessment is to conduct a comprehensive business process mapping, institutional needs assessment and enterprise design with a view for digital transformation of the public sector tourism institutions in Sri Lanka.IFC seeks to engage a qualified firm to conduct an in-depth assessment and prepare a digital transformation blueprint. The firm will map current business processes, assess institutional and user needs, design a future-state enterprise architecture, identify shared and institution-specific systems, define integration and data governance arrangements, and prepare a phased implementation roadmap and procurement-ready specifications. The institutions to be covered include the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment & Tourism, Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA), Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB), Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (SLITHM), Sri Lanka Convention Bureau (SLCB), and relevant provincial tourism boards/bureaus and linked government stakeholders.
