Description : The call for tenders concerns the signing of an ongoing contract for the procurement of a digital system for student payment and the signing of a contract for the County''s student PC scheme.

Vestfold and Telemark County, c/o the Education department is the contracting authority in the contract. The County shall facilitate digital communication with students and their guardians for managing the student payment and signing a contract in connection with the student PC scheme.

Each summer approx. 14 000 students are starting their sixth form college education in the County. All students must pay an annual fee to the County for hiring PCs. The digital system shall reduce the workload and the burden for the administration at sixth form colleges and accounts for the student PC scheme.
