The County of Sacramento is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace two indoor digital signage kiosks. The kiosks will be located the main lobby of the Countys Administration Building, and must meet all relevant technical, accessibility, and operational requirements. The kiosks will display public meeting agendas and other legal notices in PDF format, building directories, County department directories, County News and Events via RSS feed, elected official information, date and time, and 7-day weather forecast. Integration with an Agenda Management Software System is not required as external organizations do not utilize the County-s system to generate agendas. The project is expected to be completed prior to April 2026.
