This aims to enhance efficiency in accessing documents for legal proceedings and support the Ministrys digital transformation. Key procedures include meticulous document preparation include sorting, maintaining order, using dividers barcodes, handling originals and old documents carefully, a thorough scanning process using appropriate scanners, ensuring image quality and correct order, handling doublesided pages as one, correcting imperfections, maintaining 200 DPI resolution in PDF format. Furthermore, the project requires systematic document sequencing within the Ministrys system, repacking physical files in their original state, and rigorous quality control through random sampling.
