Digital Payment ServicesOLG is seeking proposals to select a service provider for digital payment Services, which includes merchant services (including a digital gateway, acquirer and processing services) for payment product offerings for deposits, purchases and withdrawals for OLG's Digital Gamingbusiness. Payment product offerings should include, without limitation, debit card and credit card(s) (including AMEX, Visa, MasterCard), Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay and digital wallets.Additional details of the requirements and information sought for the Services are outlined in Schedule D, E, F, G, H, I and Appendix 1, 2 and 3 to this RFP.The resulting Final Agreement will be for an initial term of 5 years with the option to renew, at OLG's sole discretion, for up to between three to five additional terms of 3 yearseach.
