The subject of this public order is the provision of supplies for the Digital Pathology System consisting in the supply of 1 (one) piece of automatic biopsy glass assembly machine and 1 (one) piece of fully automated histology/biopsy glass scanner including IMS for management, display and processing of digitized images for clinical and transplant pathology workplaces, including the complete installation of the supplied devices, as well as their commissioning and other obligations arising from the terms of reference or their attachments. Devices, as well as all material and parts of the subject of performance must be completely new, unused, not refurbished, fully functional, of the highest quality provided by the manufacturer, must not be older than 12 months before their delivery and must meet all technical parameters as defined in detail in Appendix No. 14/A of these ZP_Technical specification of the bioptic glass assembly machine and in Appendix No. 14/B of this ZP_Technical specification of the biological glass scanner. To the above-mentioned item of the subject of performance a complete set of accessories and consumables for the immediate use of each supplied device must also be delivered to the public order, to enable a full-fledged instruction and to carry out a complete installation. The subject of performance of the VZ is also collateral free warranty service for both devices and subsequent post-warranty service for the duration of their lifetime, assumed to be for a subsequent period of 10 years.
