The subject of the contract is the delivery of a software work with the integration of biometric identity verification technology in the scope of software components, licenses, integration support, production support and system operation security by the supplier in order to create the possibility of activating user accounts into mobile applications (Slovakia v mobile - SvM) and other specialized portals of the Slovak Republic through digital onboarding (DO) services, the benefit of which will be the simplification, acceleration and modernization of citizens' access to electronic services of the state by implementing the possibility of identity verification and activation of user accounts with an increased level of guarantees without the need to use an external smart card reader and security personal code (BOK).
