Ekeroe Municipality intends to procure digital locks for home service in ordinary accommodation incl. associated eligibility system.
The procurement includes delivery of hardware, spare parts, software (licenses) and associated services such as introduction projects, training, commissioning of solution, Service and support.
Functional requirements for the solution are shown in Annex - requirements specification.
The Social Administration in Ekeroe municipality is the client and recipient of the procured solution.
The introduction is scheduled to start in January 2026 and touches An estimated 330 customers.
The specified volume is only an estimate and is not binding. Ekeroe Municipality does not guarantee any assignment volumes during the contract period.
Roof volume: The roof volume of the agreement is SEK 5, 000, 000 for the entire contract period and includes The approximately 330 digital locks intended to be delivered in the introduction project.
Following the introduction project of the approximately 330 locks, the intention is that dismantling and installation of locks should primarily be carried out by the municipality and/or the municipality's procured supplier regarding locking services.
