The Department of National Defence (DND) requires e-learning Licence subscriptions to increase the digital skills and knowledge of Canadian Armed Force (CAF) members. The focus of DND/CAF-s learning objectives is to foster business skills (e.g., communicating the value of data) and technical skills (e.g., developing analytics with data) for CAF/DND personnel. The subscriptions will commence no later than 30 March 2025 and continue until 29 March 2026 with 2 option years, covering a total of 7500 named users. The contract will include at least one account representative who will be available to provide technical assistance, implementation guidance, and support, as well as platform documentation to DND/CAF. The platform must offer sufficient course offerings in both of Canada-s official languages (French and English) to ensure CAF members can complete training in their preferred official language. CCSI will be awarding only one (1) contract to one vendor from this solicitation.
