Digital learning resources for primary school The municipalities of Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg, hereinafter referred to as clients, wish to obtain offers for the purchase and delivery of digital learning resources to the primary school and other training businesses in the municipalities, including a web-based tool for the purchase, supervision and administration of licences. The agreement must also be used by other municipal enterprises that need digital learning resources in connection with training. The agreement also applies to the purchase of digital learning resources for school libraries, but not the Client's public library. The framework agreement must ensure that the municipalities have reliable access to digital learning resources of high quality and at competitive prices. The clients will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier, which can deliver a variety of digital learning resources from several recognized publishers/suppliers to all levels and subjects in primary school.
