Digital image printers - The purchase of a card printer is required to issue identification credentials, with thermal retransfer printing technology (Retransfer), capable of printing in full color, without white borders, and with a minimum resolution of 600 DPI, which allows obtaining high definition prints, including reduced text size and security elements. The equipment must have automatic double-sided printing capacity (Duplex) and have native connectivity via USB and Ethernet (TCP/IP). Likewise, it must be compatible with standard PVC, composite PVC, PET-G and polycarbonate cards. The printer must include a software license or native application from the manufacturer for the design, database management and issuance of identification credentials (ID), and have a thirty-six (36) month warranty. The warranty must cover the labor service and the free replacement of any spare part or set of parts that is defective due to manufacturing defects, that break or wear out due to the quality of the material with which they were made, as well as due to design defects, manufacturing or assembly. For the purposes of verification of the characteristics offered, the supplier must attach images or photographs of the equipment offered, in which its design and characteristics.
