The object of the procurement is a digital communication system to be implemented for the sites of the Finnish Museum Agency ("Procurement Unit"), which includes information screens, display solutions intended for outdoor use, LED screens and a Digital Signage system ("Goods") and their installation and commissioning. The acquisition consists of the following entities: - Info screens for indoor use - Info screens for outdoor use - LED screen for ticket sales - Display surface of the outdoor poster cabinet - Digital Signage system (DS system) - Mobile digital totems (option) - Guidance screens (option) The subject of procurement is described in more detail below in the request for tender and its attachments. to the conservation center, Kanervikkotie 4, Vantaa The procurement unit organizes the opportunity for bidders to get to know the installation sites as follows:- National museum 9 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. - Collection and conservation center 9 June 2026 at 1:00 p.m. You must register for the site visit by e-mail to [email protected] no later than 8 June 2026 at 12 noon. The site visit is voluntary, i.e. participation in the site visit is not a prerequisite for submitting an offer.
