Short description : The framework agreement includes Digital common user equipment as meeting equipment and infotainment. The common digital user equipment within meeting rooms and infotainment is divided into packages, equipment and transport / installation / assembly / testing. Packages consist of a predetermined list of equipment, associated transport, installation, assembly and testing. To the extent that native software is relevant, this is also included in the package (presumably this applies only to the video conference solution). An already installed package should later be expanded with additional equipment. The package must be delivered, assembled and tested as ea functional device according to its specification. In addition, the supplier must be able to provide equipment as needed. For a more detailed description of packages and equipment, see the tender documents.
