Description : The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board operates FWGS.com, an e-commerce site providing public consumers the opportunity to buy wine, spirits, and accessories online for shipment to a Fine Wine and Good Spirits store or home/business address within Pennsylvania. The agency currently uses Oracle Content Management to manage the site-s digital assets on the Oracle Commerce Cloud platform. However, OCM is being discontinued on December 31, 2025, and must be replaced. The PLCB is seeking a new digital asset management system to manage the thousands of digital assets on the site, including photos, videos, GIF files, and content. The goal of this RFI is to seek information from the vendor community to better understand industry standards, practices, and expectations for these services so the PLCB can best select a system to meet its current and future DAM needs.
