Tiera Oy is looking for expert resources for DigiOne's development work and production maintenance. The roles to be filled are those of a software developer (junior, developer/expert, senior). The number of experts needed during the contract period is not exactly known and varies depending on the time below as described. We are looking for software development experts who have experience, insight and evidence in the design and implementation of software technologies used in the DigiOne platform. The expert resources that are the subject of acquisition are needed for the ongoing development of the DigiOne platform in completing the project. The need for experts varies significantly during the contract period. The DigiOne Project is scheduled to end in February 2026, and as the end of the project approaches, the need will decrease. The object of procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders (Object of procurement and comparison of offers).
