Supplies listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) will be needed on a daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly basis to be delivered to the dietary department for food services to the facility. Items are to be delivered once a week by approved truck and must be USDA compliant with all standards and meet all food regulations. All prices must be an all-inclusive price. These supplies meet the mission of the GPARDDU which aims to raise Native American peoples- health status to the highest possible level. The IHS provides a comprehensive health service delivery system for American Indians and Alaska Natives.
