DIESEL SUPPLIES FOR TSM LITOMÈRICE Subject of the procurement procedure: The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 ZZVZ between the contracting authority and one supplier, for a period of 4 years (hereinafter referred to as the "framework agreement"). Subject of the public contract: Subject performance of public contracts on the basis of the framework contract is the supply of diesel fuel (diesel fuel meeting the requirements of ČSN EN 590, with a FAME content of up to 7%) by the supplier to the client's tanks located on the client's premises (Litoměřice, Třeboutice). Subject a the terms of performance are specified in more detail in Appendix No. 3 ZD - Framework Agreement. Public contracts will be awarded on the basis of the framework contract without renewal of the competition in the sense of § 134 ZZVZ. The expected scope of the supplier's performance is 12 to 20 deliveries per year (deliveries will take place continuously according to the client's current needs, usually on the basis of individual orders, with the assumption of a delivery frequency of approx. 1-2x per month) with the volume of each delivery usually in the range of 4, 000 - 7, 500 liters. The contracting authority is entitled to demand a lower amount deliveries (e.g. 3, 000 litres) or higher deliveries (e.g. 8, 500 litres). The quantity and volume of deliveries depends on the client's operational needs - with the client's current consumption, it is about 85, 000 - 90, 000 liters of diesel per year. Currently, the client has 2 above-ground tanks, namely the FuelMaster BFM09000DG tank with a capacity of approx. 9, 000 liters and the FuelMaster PRO 5000 tank with a capacity of approx. 5, 000 liters.
