Diesel supplies The subject of the order are successive deliveries of diesel oil (hereinafter - diesel) in a maximum quantity of 176, 000 liters, carried out on an ongoing basis according to the actual demand of the Ordering Party, divided into: a) up to 160, 000 liters, w estimated average monthly quantity from 5, 500 to 6, 600 liters for the Metallurgical Production Department (TPH); b) up to 16, 000 liters, in estimated batches of approx. 2, 000 liters delivered every 3-4 months to the Abrasive Materials Production Department (TPMŚ) in Głogów in accordance with the requirements specified in: Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018), Regulation of the Minister of Economy of March 25, 2010 on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1058), Polish Standard PN-EN 590 - Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel oils - Requirements and test methods, dedicated to vehicles performing work on the facility Ordering Party.
