Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier in batches according to the Application signed by the authorized person of the Buyer, within a period not exceeding 3 (three) calendar days from the date receipt of the Application by the Supplier in the manner specified by the Agreement. The application is an integral part of the Agreement, in which the name and assortment of the Goods, the quantity (volume) of the delivery lot, the place of delivery, etc. are specified. The contract is valid for 20 calendar days from dates of its signing by the Parties.
