The company RKZ PIVDENNYY, which has 24 years of experience in the production of canned fish and seafood, invites suppliers to participate in the purchase of diesel fuel (DP) that meets the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, DSTU and environmental class not lower Euro-5. Terms of delivery The goods are delivered by transport and at the expense of the Supplier. The delivery is carried out in one batch. The goods are unloaded into the Customer's tanks. Together with the goods, the Supplier provides: invoice; goods and transport invoice; quality passport of the manufacturer; documents confirming the compliance of products with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine; tax invoice in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of Ukraine. Requirements for motor vehicles · Delivery is carried out by a specialized tanker truck designed for the transportation of light petroleum products. The tanker truck must be equipped with a drain hose at least 25 meters long. The drain nozzle (drain point) must be located on the left side tank trucks. Non-compliance of the vehicle with the specified requirements is grounds for the Customer's refusal to accept the goods until such non-conformities are eliminated. Requirements for the goods Diesel fuel must be new, of appropriate quality and meet the requirements of DSTU, technical regulations and the current legislation of Ukraine. The quality of the product is confirmed by the manufacturer's quality passport and/or another document confirming compliance with the established requirements. The product must not contain signs of contamination, foreign impurities or other defects that may affect its operational characteristics. Requirements for the formation of a price offer · The Participant's price offer must be formed taking into account all costs associated with the delivery of the goods to the place of delivery, including costs for transportation, insurance (if available), loading, unloading, taxes, ...
