1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of up to 160 m3 of diesel oil for the Company's own needs, successively in batches within a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract. 2. Task name: Diesel oil delivery. 3. Names and codes used in the Common Vocabulary Order:CPV: 09134100-8 (diesel). 4. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of diesel oil to the Ordering Party.5. The volumes provided for in the technical description constitute the sum of the needs of: a) standard diesel oil meeting the requirements introduced Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024 regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended), also corresponding to the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-EN 590. b) diesel oil with improved properties low-temperature so-called Arctic diesel oil meeting the requirements introduced by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended), also meeting the requirements Polish Standard PN-EN 590 for Arctic class 2. 6.
