Diesel delivery The subject of the order is the joint purchase of diesel oil for: •MPGK Krosno Sp. z o. o. in the amount of 300 m3 •REMONDIS KROeko Sp. z o. o. in the amount of 300 m3 a total of 600 m3. 1. The subject of the order is the joint purchase of diesel oil for: •MPGK Krosno Sp. z o. o. in the amount of 300 m3 •REMONDIS KROeko Sp. z o. o. in the amount of 300 m3 a total of 600 m3. 2.Diesel oil will be supplied to two above-ground plastic tanks owned by MPGK Krosno Sp. z o. o., of which: •one located is in Krosno at ul. Fredry, •the second one is located in Krosno at ul. Białobrzeska 108. 3. Requirements regarding the subject of the order. a)The supplied diesel oil should meet the quality requirements specified in the PN-EN 590 or equivalent standard and in the current regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018, as amended) on quality requirements for liquid fuels, and in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in the event of discrepancies, the regulation has superior value. b) The Contractor will deliver fuel at the cold filter blocking temperature within the dates specified in the above standard. c) The contractor will be obliged to provide the name, manufacturer and place of purchase (origin) of the offered oil drive. 4.Time for a single delivery.
