1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil, also referred to as fuel, to the gas station (ordering party's warehouse) at ul. Kauy 4 in Przemyl: - diesel oil in the amount of up to 150 m3 (approximately 11 m3 at a time) - standard, appropriate to the conditions climate conditions. The offered fuel must meet: 1) quality requirements for liquid fuels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended) and in Polish Standard PN-EN 590 or equivalent, 2) conditions for admission to marketing and use in Poland. Detailed terms of order execution and payment terms are specified in the relevant provisions of the contract - Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ
