Licenses, support, maintenance and operation of software for care management (including the corresponding best-practice interfaces to relevant peripheral systems such as doctor applications/Vitomed, DMS, ERP, etc.) for the Dielsdorf health center with around 500 employees. Around 300 residents are cared for in the health center. Installation on-prem, optionally in the provider-s hosting. - Care planning and care documentation - Resident and patient management - Bed and room occupancy - Prescription and medication management - Service recording, billing and evaluations Overall responsibility for operation and support, delivery, installation and turnkey commissioning of all components with data transfer from the current system (Lobos).
