Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Successive deliveries of diapers and hygiene products.2. Scope of the subject of the order: The goods offered by the Contractor must: a) Have valid documents allowing for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974), its transitional and implementing provisions and EU Regulation 2017/745 on medical devices - MDR (if the law imposes obligation to have such documents) - if it applies to a given product, b) meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the ToR, in particular the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description is required by the Ordering Party in the scope of implementation and acceptance, specify: description of the subject of the order: Assortment and price form, Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, draft provisions of the contract, Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.4. The description of the subject of the order should be read together with any changes to the content of this SWZ, which are, for example, the result of responses to contractors' inquiries.
