Description

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.

Pitch 1: 1000 nm

Pitch 2: 2000 nm

Pitch 3: 4000nm

Grating depth: 4 lm guaranteed, 5um on a best effort basis

Each grating has an area of -1 mm x 0.5 mm Location according

to communicated.



Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted.



Source selection will be based on Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable Method (LPTA).



Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:

single diamond substrate 10 mm by 10 mm by 100-micron thickness grating height 4 micron 2*5 grating on each substrate, 1x4 area for 2μm pitch, 1x4 area for 1μm pitch, 2x1 for 4μm pitch). The duty cycle variation: from 35% to 50% with a step of 5% for the gratings with 1μm and 2μm pitch; and 40%and 50% DC for 4μm pitch. At the bottom of the grating, the pitch should be within 5% as compared to that of the nominal value grating period accuracy each grating area is 1 mm by 0.5 mm. Orientation of grooves is parallel to 1 mm edge of the grating with error
