1.- PURPOSE OF THE RULES These bidding rules are formulated to establish the regulation of the acquisition process of "DIALYSIS SUPPLIES FOR THE LA FLORIDA HOSPITAL", and regulate, among other aspects, the conditions that must be met by the offers, the stages of the bidding process, its form of evaluation and award, the conditions of the contracts, and all the aspects necessary for the correct acquisition process. It should be noted that all supplies supplied must be new and unused, all of the above must be conform to the specifications of these bases. The quantities of the products requested in this tender are referential and estimated, therefore, they may decrease or increase according to the needs, contingency, stocks and financial resources of Hospital la Florida. No The supplier may not offer inputs other than those established in these bidding rules or complements or extras not contemplated in the technical requirements; anything extra offered will not be considered in the evaluation.
