The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to engage the services of a qualified provider for the Dialysis Center Project under a Lease Fee per Treatment Contract, at a rate of Two Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (₱2, 200.00) per treatment, for a duration of five (5) years. Bids received in excess of the lease fee per treatment shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
