Dialogue Meeting - Task Sharing in Municipal Long -Term Home

The nursing home state invites research environments with expertise in health and care services, Working life research, service innovation and inclusive recruitment to dialogue meeting. Nursing Home (Sye) has completed a comprehensive Task Sharing Project in the period 2024-2025, with testing of different models for alternative organization and task sharing in municipal long -term homes. Experience shows that new task sharing is feasible and provides measurable gains - provided good leadership anchoring, clear role descriptions, systematic training and local local Adaptation. In November 2024, Tasenhjemmet opened with a new operating model where the task specialization and the establishment of a separate facility department are central. Sye wants follow -up research on the toe model, with the aim of documenting the effect and comparing with other operating types in Oslo Municipality.
