Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg municipality invite to a dialogue conference to explore new measures to increase work inclusion with input and ideas from perspectives other than those that are often the basis for procurement of labor market measures. The municipalities have a high proportion of non-Western immigrants and refugees in the population. NAV Fredrikstad and NAV Sarpsborg perceive that the existing measures are not sufficient to succeed well enough with work inclusion for this group. The offices are therefore collaborating on an innovative procurement with the aim of finding new measures that can contribute to the work inclusion of non-Western immigrants with low education and language level.
