Description : Invitation to participate in a dialogue conference for procurement of
a digital meeting and committee portal - 'digital politicians'.
The dialogue conference will be held on Teams on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 November 2021 - set aside the entire day.
We are limiting participation to eight (8) suppliers. These will be the first eight who satisfy our needs for the system.
These needs are:
- A cloud-based system (on-line) that will be available on all platforms. Secure login with ID-porten or AD.
- The system must be a fully integrated system from one tenderer, and it must, as a minimum, handle meeting summons, summoning deputies, option for those who are elected to distribute change proposals to others at the meeting, speaker list, speaker time management, voting, document handling for all political committees (also cases that include sensitive information exempt from public access), as well as proposals, voting, and results ending in a protocol.
