Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to enable Resah, acting, on the one hand, as a purchasing center within the meaning of article L. 2113-2-2° of the Code and, on the other hand, for the needs of its own activities relating to the implementation of its activities of cooperation to acquire diagnostic, study and structural calculation services on the project owner's works and buildings. The purpose of these services is to assess the state of existing structures, to analyze their behavior mechanical, to verify their conformity with the regulatory and normative requirements in force, as well as to establish the technical recommendations necessary for carrying out maintenance, rehabilitation, reinforcement, modification or construction. The contract includes in particular, without this list being exhaustive, the carrying out of structural diagnostics, feasibility studies, calculation notes, modeling, stability checks, capacity analyzes supporting, as well as the drafting of technical reports and all documentation necessary for the proper execution of the services. The services may concern any type of structure, in particular concrete, steel, wood, masonry or mixed structure, and will be executed over the entire scope defined by the market documents. The technical details of the expected services are indicated in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).
