The purpose of the study is to carry out: - a diagnosis of the state, the operation, the performance and the capacity of the wastewater sanitation systems of Mont, Arance and Lendresse (Lot 1), old eg and Saint -Faust (Lot 2) and Besingrand (Lot 3) as well as the capacity of the media Receivers to receive sanitation. - An identification of the origin of dysfunctions by a measurement campaign - a determination of future needs for collection and treatment - a study of medium -term functioning (5 years) and in the long term (15 years) - a Technical -economic comparative study of several scenarios, - a multi -year actions program from the study of the scenario chosen - the update of zoning sanitation
