The purpose of this contract is to carry out regulatory diagnostics before work as well as carrying out upkeep, maintenance and repair work on buildings and their surroundings, all trades, on the COFIROUTE network. THE services include in particular: •Asbestos and lead diagnostics before work •Routine and corrective maintenance work •Interventions on framework, roofing and waterproofing •Works for all trades •Exterior works: VRD Lot n°1 Diagnosis asbestos and lead before work in the Western Region Carrying out regulatory diagnostics before work on buildings located in the Western region of the COFIROUTE Network. The services include: •Asbestos identification before work (RAAT) •Lead diagnosis before work •Destructive investigations if necessary •Samples and analyzes in accredited laboratory •Writing of regulatory reports •Production of DTAs, or updating if necessary •In-phase technical assistance preparation of work Lot n°2 Asbestos and lead diagnosis before work in the Center Val de Loire Region Carrying out regulatory diagnostics before work on buildings located in the Center Val de Loire region of the COFIROUTE Network.
