Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of a license for diagnostics and interpretation software for HLA typing by real-time PCR and NGS methods. The offer must allow HLA typing to be performed at a low level within 2 years at the resolution level (at least 1 pair of digits in the allele identifier) and at the high resolution level (at least 2 pairs of digits in the allele identifier) for 11 loci simultaneously: HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB3, HLA-DRB4, HLA-DBR5, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1, HLA-DPA1 and HLA-DPB1.
