C have Grade A, B, C in "Manufacturing of products" or "Seals of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetu Region ;

D prove to have obtained license for selling a medical instrument in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ;

E prove that they can deliver the thing on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ;

F meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation ;
