The contract includes optional installments defined in the specifications. Details of the phasing of the operation appear in the specifications. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The aim of this study is to complete diagnosis of the Grange David wastewater treatment plant, and to draw up a master plan of the works to determine the developments to be planned to improve the current operation and to respond to the future DERU 2 by estimating the loads and flow rates to be treated within 20 years. This technical-economic study includes a feasibility study of several treatment solutions by analyzing their implementation on the current site. This study includes the necessary inventories and reference states the establishment of the environmental regulatory study which must be submitted to the prefectural services
