Tender Details

The market is the subject of a grouping of orders between the Community of Communes Entre Dore et Allier and 10 of its member municipalities. In fact, a group of orders was formed with a view to carrying out this study. The latter has for main objectives: - Improving heritage knowledge, with an exhaustive survey with georeferencing of all existing structures, outcrops and water features and creation of a map with an attribute database; - There highlighting possible malfunctions, whether at the level of networks or processing units, by evaluating sectoral connection rates and collection rates, or carrying out a collection assessment, with, in the medium term, reducing the impact of sanitation systems on receiving environments, as well as any rainwater management work; - The definition of the inherent multi-year investment program, while controlling the evolution of the fee sanitation for the competent sanitation authorities and equipment expenditure falling under the general budget with regard to rainwater, and in coordination with the work programs falling under these two powers; - The establishment or updating of regulatory zoning (sanitation and urban rainwater) consistent with the PLUi in application of article L.2224-10 of the CGCT; The Pluvial component also presents a major challenge since the Water Agency Loire-Bretagne makes the granting of aid for collective sanitation conditional on compliance with regulatory provisions and a commitment to an integrated rainwater management approach by municipalities in its 12th intervention program.
