Andrézieux-Bouthéon Saint Galmier and Chamboeuf Saint Bonnet les Oules The consultation is divided into 3 geographical lots which will be the subject of a separate allocation. The study will consist of 4 phases which will consist of: - Phase 1: Data collection, updating update of network plans, - Phase 2: Measurements of flow rates and pollution flows, - Phase 3: Additional investigations, hydraulic modeling and diagnosis of the operation of the sanitation system, - Phase 4: Development of a program multi-annual and prioritized investments and actions enabling regulatory compliance and sanitation zoning to be achieved. The services will be paid for by unit and fixed prices.
