Diagnostic service prior to the creation or maintenance of an independent activity for RSA beneficiaries Estimated amount excluding tax for the total duration of the contract: 99, 000.0 Euro(s) excluding tax. Thresholds are expressed in quantity within the documents of the consultation. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices. The departmental framework provides that an independent activity project can be validated as part of a course integration (RSA), for a maximum period of 2 years. Beyond that, the beneficiary is asked to consider leaving the system via an additional resource (job search). The objective sought is therefore the exit from the RSA system through the activity or failing that, by another resource, if the activity is not sufficiently remunerative.
